I love what I do.

Here is the kind of thing I get to write about psych patients. I love the nuance and the euphemistic aura.

"Mental Status- Pt was alert and Ox4. Oriented to person, time, place, and situation. Pt made good eye contact and spoke in a slightly elevated (volume) voice. Pt was dressed neatly, in what looked to be an expensive, tailored suit with styled hair. Pt made several inappropriate comments to therapist (sexually suggestive). Pts affect was not congruent with stated feelings and thought content, as this session was related to a negative interaction with the legal system and Pt showed no evidence of remorse or anxiety related to the topic."
