New HTML Problem
OK- now I have figured out how to make as many Links to outside sites in the "News and Commentary" section as I want, I can't figure out what the other partial box is at the bottom of that section. I think it is the footer, and it has somehow decided to relocate itself.

I wish I could explain that footer's spontaneous migration to your sidebar...
It has been said that Blogger is flakier than apple pie crust. I've had a similar problem on my blog. It turns out that my "Powered By Blogger" button, and everything I put outside my sidebar box, tends to travel down to the bottom of the page. I don't know why, but I know that it annoys me. I don't think it's a problem with the HTML either... Actually, I think it may be a problem with Internet Explorer. I dunno.
I wish I could help you, but that problem has plagued me as well. I guess there are worse things that could happen, but it's still annoying when it happens to your blog.
