Only in grad school

My neuropsych instructor made herself laugh almost uncontrollably with the following line today:

"If the lesion occurs along the Optic Cranial Nerve anterior to the Optic Chiasma, the visual field defect will be restricted to one eye only! Ha ha ha ha!!!"

I guess you had to be there. Wait a minute, I was there I didn't think it was that funny.
