For those idiots in the base who are going to go stay away from the polls to punish the republicans this Tuesday, here is a graphic reminder of why you need to think it through:
There will probably be one vacancy on the supreme court before this presidency is over. Lets force the President to nominate another Souter. Great idea.

This is the ONLY reason to vote GOP.
But vote smartly. If your congressman or Senator is not on the Judiciary committee, fire him. Vote for the challenger.
By the way, it was a GOP appointed justice who wrote the opinion supporting the deciosion to allow virtual (simulated) child pornography as protected speech.
Remember that when you cast your vote for 'family values'. I wonder if Ex-congressman Mark Foley was on that committee?...hmmmmmm.
Yes, but once Justices get to out of commitee, the entire Senate votes on them. Remember how close the Alito vote was?
I also remember the moron that Bush selected the first time. Thank God there were enough bomb-throwers out there willing to flush that decision.
